My clients include adults ages 18 and up facing the full range of life's challenges, including caregiving, illness, stress, anxiety, depression, recovery from crisis, trauma, or navigating a transition. I only see adult individuals.
About me: As a licensed social worker I have experience working individuals in various stages of life. In my career and as a counselor I have focused on seeing the individual with respect and compassion and working together to achieve goals. I am married with 2 adult children and live rurally in the Sunbury area.
I am influenced by mindfulness meditation philosophies and acceptance therapies and also offer EMDR, Flash, as well as CBT based approaches. I work holistically with you. I participate in military informed trainings and therapies. My services are inclusive to support individuals of the LGBTQIA community.
