You will pay privately for appointments and submit to your insurance for reimbursement. 

​*Please contact your insurance prior to scheduling to determine whether your insurance accepts out of network providers and will provide you with reimbursement and credit towards deductible.

You pay out-of-pocket for sessions and do not submit to insurance.

Why pay privately?
​Insurances may place restrictions on accepted diagnosis for coverage. In addition, insurances may request records as part of their insurance utilization reviews. Some clients prefer not to use insurance for these reasons.
